Return Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email so we can fix things.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order...

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a seperate cart and check-out with a seperate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
